Today, I thought I needed to walk around the block; it reminded me of when I owned Seattle's first Home, Pet and Plant care business, Loving Spoonful. It reminded me of walking the dogs with their leashes and the joy and pure love of being free when we went to the off-leash area. Where am I leashed? A heavy question: The following results from my introspection of 25+ years as a successful Personal Development Coach, speaker, and hypnotherapist.

I envision a reality where joy and well-being intertwine, creating a vibrant symphony that resonates with every heartbeat. Talk to yourself in ways that inspire you. I commit to getting this done. I choose to Create the feelings to move me forward, engage in the activities daily, and imagine having the energy to design, create, and live this life.
